The Supergirl Dress
Nana, my niece’s nick name, is going to get a very adorable pink Supergirl dress in September. I unfortunately screwed up on the bodice, so I’ll have to recut that piece. Thankfully I have plenty of fabric left over. I also need to hem the dress, but for some reason the pattern didn’t include instructions for that or I’m missing. So I’m just going with an eye ball approach. I pressed it but I still need to press the raw edge under. I will also be trying out the button function on my machine for the first time (yikes!). Thankfully, I have a lot of buttons in the bag I bought that I can practice with first. Below is the WIP shot:
